Obituary

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Ron, who was born on January 27, 1945, in Allan, Saskatchewan.

Ron grew up in Allan, before moving to Saskatoon, where he met and married the love of his life, Dorothy, they married 1965.

Ron dedicated much of his life to his trade as a pipe-fitter, proudly serving as a member of UA Local 179 for an incredible 62 years. He was known for his strong work ethic, dependability, and commitment to his profession.

Above all, Ron treasured time spent with his family. One of his greatest joys was the annual weekend fishing trips with his sons, creating memories that will be cherished for generations.

He was predeceased by his parents, Verla and Leo, and by his brothers Ed, Ray, and Arnie. He leaves to mourn his passing, his brothers Don, Clarence (Sharon), and Wayne. He is also survived by his four children, Jeff, Rhonda, Greg, and Kim, as well his seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren, all of whom brought him immense pride and happiness.
