Aged 55 years of Regina, SK., passed away on Monday, October 19, 2015. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, October 30, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. in Moose Jaw Funeral Home with Father Jake Ibay officiating. As an expression of sympathy, donations in Scott's name may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Saskatchewan.
